"PSC Partners Seeking a Cure" Conference, 2005
The "PSC Partners Seeking a Cure" foundation is pleased to announce that it will be holding its first annual conference in Denver, Colorado from April 29 - May 1, 2005.

The Grand Hyatt is now completely booked for the April 29 weekend. An alternative hotel is the Marriott City Center at 1701 California, Denver, CO, only one short block from the Grand Hyatt. The Marriott is offering a group rate of $109 per room per night, and their cutoff date is April 8, so act soon! To make a reservation, you may either call central reservations at 800 228-9290 or call the hotel directly at 303 297-1300. When you make the reservation, be sure to ask for the group rate for PSC Partners Seeking a Cure.
All events will be held at the Grand Hyatt hotel, so it is not necessary to rent a car!

Registration Information: If you wish to attend the Conference, please print, complete and mail the Registration Form as instructed. Please print as many copies as you require.
Costs:
- round trip shuttle service from the airport to the Hyatt (PSC group rate) is $28 per person.
- special PSC group rate of $109 per night for hotel room (single or double occupancy) at the Marriott City Center if reservations are made BEFORE April 15, 2005.
- early-bird conference fee = $160 per person (or $300 per couple) [if you register before 03/31/2005].
- late conference fee = $170 per person (or $320 per couple) [if you register after 03/31/2005].
- conference fee includes costs of group meals and snacks.
